The Sisterhood of our Sorority does not lie among the Burgundy and Grey.
Nor will it be found in the Shield, Moon, or Palmas.
Our sisterhood cannot be located in the Greek Letters, Lambda Sign, or LTA Gear
Furthermore, it is not expressed in the strolls, salutes, or chants.
For the Sisterhood of Lambda Theta Alpha is about rising above the superficiality of the Greek System.
It is to achieve our goal of community advancement, and to do so in Unison
It is to support one another in our endeavors, struggles, and challenges.
It is to appreciate and embrace the diversity of our backgrounds.
Our Sisterhood is about our dedication to the continual empowerment of the Universal Woman.
To be a Lambda Lady means to leverage your motivation to succeed through other sisters.
To be a Lambda Lady means to have a special bond with someone you have not yet met.
To be a Lambda Lady means to acknowledge a sister's opinion, and consider it.

Who Is the Lambda Lady
Who is the Lambda Lady, With her gray silhouette
Upholding our principles of Unity, Love, and Respect.
She stands to be seen, She stands to be heard
Since '75, She was always the first
The first to Unite, Universal Women of like mind
Leading through example, Holding her head high
She is graceful and strong, Her Love knows no bound
No matter the obstacles, She still holds her ground
You see the billow, Of her dress so alive
Her past she'll Respect, But her future she'll strive
Now onto her feet, Raised up on her toes
Her hand up above, Reaching for her goals
Though you may think, She can do it alone
Her companion, her sister, Help through the unknown
We'll hold each other tight, Through the good and the bad
Share in our laughter, Console when we're sad
For this bond that we have, Though not blood, still transcend
The business of the moment, And being more than just friends
For our sisterhood is unending, It's strength lies inside
Like the moon's rise each night, And the light it provides

I am a Deuce.
I am not just a number or a position
I am an attitude
I am a method of existence
I am the solid support of the whole
I am the unyielding foundation of it all

I am the one branded as wild and crazy
I am the one to never follow blindly
I am the one to question the status quo
I am the one to think outside the box
I am the one to influence change

This is where I finished what you started
